Best way to handle my B&Q complaint...?

Long story short - my new B&Q PVC back door (I know, I know) broke last night, leaving me unable to secure my house. This was the second one I've had as the first one broke in exactly the same way.

Clearly I'm going to contact them today - but what's the best way to do this to prompt swift and satisfactory action? i.e. who to contact, how to word my complaint, etc. Obviously I don't want to leave my house unsecured for longer than necessary...

The key when you complain is not only to make it very clear what you're actually complaining about (amazing how many people don't!), but also to tell them what you expect them to do to resolve it.

So I would start by phoning the store you bought it from, ask to speak to the manager, then explain what has happened and what you expect him/her to do about it.
