Office Ultimate download-1 or 3 PC license?

Hi all,
My partner, who is in higher education, is considering downloading Office Ultimate via the offer at The Utimate Steal for £38.95. However we can't find out anywhere if it is a 1 or 3 PC license (I'm assuming it's 1). Does anyone know for sure please?

It's a multiple PC licence - but it can only be used on one computer at a time - i.e. you couldn't be using your laptop and desktop at the same time.
Ebuyer have a cheap (around £50) Office that lets you have the 3 PC licene but obviously its no where near as cpmplete as the Ultimate version.0
