Rant away we all need one sometimes especially when it comes to exs and cs.
I went through hell with my ex, similar situation, flash cars, fancy hols etc and I was struggling to pay the bills etc. We did manage to get away but to places like haven and butlins. The one thing that kept me strong was the love of my boys. In the long run your daughters will always turn to you and not their dad as he hasnt been around for them.
On the momey side of it go to the csa nd try and prove he is working and they will do a DEO on him. good luck x0 -
Thanks everyone for the good advice. Just an update..... got up early this morning and went to my local cit adv drop in centre, i saw the same bloke i spoke to when we first seperated and he gave me good advice then, anyway basically he says the only option i have is to contact solicitors and try and get somewhere with the court order, he says basically because he is self employed i would get even less through the csa if he isnt declaring anything. I expected that anyway. Healso helped me with info on few cc and loans i have outstanding, so i feel a lot better today.0
