I work near one of their branches and over the last couple of months I have been disgusted at the behaviour of the staff.
I have seen the reps hand braking cars into parking spaces, watched them race each other up and down the car park and bump start one car by pushing it bumper to bumper with another one.

In my experience the majority of the people who they give credit to dont speak very good if any English and would have little idea of what they are signing.
What little dealing I do have with staff leaves a lot to be desired.
Every Monday morning with out fail I have to ask them to move the cars from out side our offices because we have cctv and they dont.
I have heard them slating customers who they have sold cars to one another, In a variety of colourful language.

Reading other reviews about them some of the would be customers are not happy either.

Only perk of the job I'd imagine. A friend of mine used to work for an independant BMW garage and going out for "test drives" was the only fun they had. Some of the stories he's told me....
