    I have checked Inssider and it does say WPA-PSK next to my network.

    Do I also not worry about the MAC Address then?

    The mac address thing is to do with the router working with your cable modem, and is nothing to do with the wireless security.

    If it is wpa-psk/tkip and you have entered a password, then it's secure. To make it completely hackproof, choose a longer password.
