PN, you HAVE to fight this ITV addiction.

No good will come of it.

    Has to be environmentally sustainable.
Can't bulldoze houses and tell them we don't care.

    Compulsory purchase + demolish.

Cue: couple of women up the church tower pointing to where it will be.

    Cue: hippies drumming

It's cheaper than a 4-pack of Stella and sitting down the bus shelter. Also, while that's OK for teenagers, there's nowhere for us oldies to do that :) I'd be arrested for something if I tried that.

It HAS to be the TV!

Best place for cats actually, burried under tarmac.

Thanks PN - I was wondering whether I should watch this to be informed. Seems not.

I'm about to go watch it on iPlayer/whatever, if it's available.

There was some more interesting stuff later. Some bloke who was asked to demolish his house.

And another bit where somebody in a conservation area felt he was overlooked by neighbours in his 2nd floor flat with terrace (he was imho) ... so he bunged up a fence round it, which then got complained about ... and subsequently PP was denied.

It looked like it had some amusing/entertaining moments, but I got distracted from the programme at the time.

I think they are rather beautiful.

That could be us! In the next few weeks we will be determining whether to grant permission for a wind farm about 2 miles away. Very emotional subject, wind farms.
