Call centre problems

I am insured with more than but i did not realise they use call centres when i took out the insurance. many times that i have rung them since having an accident, when i ask to be put through to someone else or another department they cut me off. I can ring them and say " i rang the other day" and they say there is no record of my call, and i have to go through everything again. Next time i get car insurance i think i will go to the high street.Anyone else had problems similar to this?

If you have an issue dig out their complaints address and write a letter to them with the title "Formal Complaint".

Write your letter concisely sticking to one side of A4 and sent it to them be recorded delivery.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

If you ring More Than, you can be asked to be transferred to a UK office if you wish, and the callcentre in Bangalore/Mumbai will transfer you.

Alternatively Morethan also will probably have allocated you a Personal Customer Manager - a specialist employee who will handle any insurance query you have, and will liase with the other departments involved meaning that you have a sole point of contact.
