I had a discussion with the tenants and said I would like to decorate the whole house, install a new kitchen and bathroom and they could chose the colour schemes. Translation: My tenants have said they are not staying another day and have scarpered.
To save them the hassle of all this work I arranged another property for them to stay in free of charge. Translation: They won't tell me where they've gone.
It has taken alot of meetings to agree for them to move out. Translation: I begged the to stay and they told me to get fewked.
I dont understand all the fuss they have created saying that they were happy with the property the way it was. Translation: I'll never let it out now in the state it is in.
However the decorating is well under way now but there is a complication. Translation: I've run out of money.
The LA I use has sent some people round to view and they are prepared to pay more rent once the work is complete. Translation: In my dreams.
So what do I do approach the tenants and explain that someone is prepared to pay more or just leave the rent at the same price? Translation: How the fewk do I rent it out again now?[/quote]
