Credit card protection reclaim query - pls help!

Options
Hello,

Please bear with me as i'm new to reclaiming section! I have looked into the article on claiming and need assistance, here is the problem:

I want to claim back payment protection (PPI) charges from when i had my virgin credit card, the issue being the part about not asking me about pre existing medical problems. I have checked the paperwork and pre existing are excluded so i''m ok on that part. The issue i have though is that the payment protection insurance is covered by "st Andrews group". I have an existing loan with virgin and have the cover on that loan with the same insurance group and thankfully they paid out on a claim for ill health (server pneumonia) last year) I have looked through some old statements (within 6yrs) and have noticed a few bank charges so i could reclaim them i suppose? So i'm stuck and need to know:

If i reclaim the few late payment fees will that effect my loan as it is still with the Virgin/MBNA group? Would they call in the loan?

If i claim my PPI on the virgin credit card does that effect the virgin loan i have?

As I have claimed from the insurance company already in relation to my loan can i claim the PPI on that loan as it would not cover pre exisiting conditions which i was not told about at the time when i took out the policy?

As you can see i'm confussed and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, i hope you can make sense of this!

If i reclaim the few late payment fees will that effect my loan as it is still with the Virgin/MBNA group? Would they call in the loan? That is unlikely as there are two separate agreements

If i claim my PPI on the virgin credit card does that effect the virgin loan i have? Nope

As I have claimed from the insurance company already in relation to my loan can i claim the PPI on that loan as it would not cover pre exisiting conditions which i was not told about at the time when i took out the policy? If the PPI is on the actual Credit Card and not the loan then it is unlikely providing you have not made a claim on the PPI since it was taken out

As you can see i'm confussed and any help would be greatly appreciated.
