Cahoot Bonus Saver - how long?

Options
If you have opened one... how long does it take... i returned my form + id over a week ago and i've heard nothing since. I still can't logon to view any accounts...

I was surprised about the proof of identity requirents. But now i'm worried that they have been lost. One credit card statement (with full card number) and bank statement with numbers was included in the envelope!!

Oh well, i suppose it could have been worse... at least it wasnt my passport!! I'm concerned and have just sent them an email!

  • I opened mine at the beginning of January (2006) sent off my 2 bits of ID and they sent me a letter confirming that they were satisfactory - this took just over a week.

The Direct Debit also takes 10 working days to setup too, so don't worry if you cant see your nominated account (where you fund your cahoot bonus savings account from) details in the cahoot 'Fund from nominated account' area.

It takes a while - be patient :) Perhaps if you are worried you should call the Customer Services Telephone number instead of Emailing?
  • Thanks very much. I think i got worried after seeing on the site saying they usually open the account with 48hrs of getting the form back... i'll wait and see what happens!
