CSA - can they take money that's in my name to clear my husbands debt??

Couldn't agree more, there are some out there who don't give a hoot about their kids or paying for them and they should be hounded by the CSA, but like there are bad fathers out there, there are plenty of vindictive ex-wives too, who think that screwing a decent bloke over is a fabulous hobby to have!

I can relate to that. My ex wife thought she could get a free luxury house, an all-expenses paid Range Rover and a farm business to boot because she read somewhere she just had to make a complaint of child molestation against me and kaboom!
Look where she is now? living in social housing, a criminal record, never worked, living with a druggie benefit cheat and now the CSA money just come to a dead end.
And I thought it was only me that had a vindictive wife? The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0
