Funny how they never get in wrong in the other direction. "Dear Mr Stonk, Following a recent meter reading, we have discovered that our estimates for your electricity usage were too high, and you are due a rebate. maybe she had been using the electricity to grow marijuana as a second job in order to pay the previously wrong bills Powergen has so incompetently sent! That's what I'd have to resort to if it was me (although my bill was £480 in credit and when I called Powergen to ask about this the response was "We can only adjust your [monthly] direct debit payments if you are more than £300 in credit". I might be mathematically anal, but the last time I checked £480 is greater than £300!)0
