Credit Card Fairness Test

Firstly, I would like to thank Martin Lewis for giving some sound advice on t.v which is the reason why I am here. Secondly, I am a new poster so bare with me as I am a two fingered typist.

Right, I have just completed a free on-line credit card test on the monsterclaims.co.uk website after seeing one of their adverts. I know this is genuine as I have just been on the consumeractiongroup forum and found at least 200 people who have had their debts cleared this way. (unenforceable). Do I need a lawyer as they all seem to state areas of law and as this isnt my strong point I may get it seriously wrong. I would rather get my debts sorted than go through an IVA.

Much help would be appreciated.
