Does anyone know where there is a "toll road calculator" site that will give you the price of a toll road in europe, I need work out my travel costs.

It was spot on for our route to Croatia as well, covering all the tolls and road taxes (vignettes) in Austria, Slovenia and Croatia.

Does anyone know how much the toll charges are without one of those SANEF tag?

Obviously depends on how often you leave and join motorways, but I've generally found that using the card payment lane is fast and has minimal queues. I'm not sure I'd bother getting a toll tag unless I was spending a lot of time in France.
