you can get Amazon vouchers from Toluna (will take an age though) and lightspeed panel (I've had £30 from them in the last couple of months)

Don't know about Argos as I always get either Amazon or Boots to spend with money off coupons and glitches :D

Hi - just checked out the lightspeed panel - how do you get started? Just put in my email address and a password in the sign in bit - what then? Also, do they ask for my bank account details? I am a bit vary of those survey websites that ask for bank account details. And are there any other survey websites that are any good - i.e. for the types of vouchers you can earn - i.e. common shops like m&s, amazon, boots ...that sort of thing. Sorry if I sound a bit stupid - but I am new to this.
    thanks.

Um can't remember - think I signed up through pigsback and got some points from there. They don't ask for your bank details. Topcashback needs them if you ask for your payment by BACS as does Quidco.

Valued Opinions is ok but my laptop won't download flash for some reason so I can't take part in quite a few

mhagster.. I am so like that! I end up buying everything because it is cheap at the start of the year but then as christmas gets closer I see things that are perfect for people and have to buy them too!! Worse thing is when I open my presents off others they obviously did not put as much thought in IYKWIM!

Bikerchick Sounds like a big spend coming on that day then :) How about, if you get any extra money you put it in the tin and then when you count it up whatever is extra from 356pounds (or however many days you were saving for) you spend on treating yourself on your birthday!

I had this glitch last year before I started the thread. The Boots christmas things came online and there was code for 1000 points when you spend 100 pounds. 1000 points is ten pounds. I put the code in and got 10000 which is a hundred pounds! So 100 of presents.. which were 3 for 2 delivered with 100 pounds of points.. Needless to say I ordered twice and spent the points very quickly but felt really guilty lol

Furrypig I haven't got any more crafting videos up on youtube but if you can think of something to make a tutorial on I will LOL. When the days get a bit brighter my camera should film much better. Thank so much for saying such nice things I am embarassed I even uploaded it lol

nickynoo I would without a doubt AVOID park hampers or anything where you put money in. Everyone is going bust these days and keeping their financial situations a secret. If there is one thing I would strongly advise everyone it would be to not buy vouchers or invest money in anything.

Have you thought about doing the sealed tin challenge and you can put the money in, in notes every month? I am going to hide mine and then in October when we are worrying over how we will afford Christmas I will get my tin out and my husband will think I am awesome :)

I'd never even thought of that so thanks for pointing it out. I've made my mind up now to cancel it. I've only paid £30 into it so far and will get my money back anyway and i'll stick my money either in my tin and or bank.

Just ordered two vouchers from a couple of survey sites - £10 Tesco & £10 Sainsburys. They'll go towards this year's Christmas food.:money:

Already sorted five birthdays for this year and part of Christmas as far as presents go and even got a Mother's Day present ready.

I've never been so organised in my life!!!:rotfl:

Well done everyone that is super! You are all doing brilliantly :D Amazon and Argos/Nectar really are the way to go for me, so I might re-sign up to lightspeed. The £50 amazon voucher from Qype was brilliant just before Christmas :D

My next task is to sort the present cupboard before the first Rudolph Club on the 25th and then sort my stuff out for eBaying purposes

I also have a 'sealed' tin...which is actually a coin counting jar (see below) which takes away the element of suprise and makes it easy to nick all the notes...so I will be putting my loose change in there and finding a REAL sealed pot for my notes. I had £320 in there last year...which was amazingly helpful when I didn't have much work on when I opened it in December :D Will be opening this one in October with your girls. £6.40 and counting in change :D

jamtart - I must have missed a previous post about this, but what's the Rudolph Club please? Also love your counting jar - where did you find it?
