Hey all,
I've been pretty useless at present-planning for the coming year, although I did get some stuff in the M&S sale and planned to look at their website some time soonish. Birthdays in Jan and Feb are sorted and now we're thinking about the wedding rather than the rest of the year!Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
Three gifts left to buy0 -
Hi i have been watching the organised xmas since about October and i thought i would join, if you'll have me?!;)
I love saving, bargains and doing crafty things.
I have got several years worth of cards, tags, b'day/xmas wrapping paper from previous years sales. So i haven't got to get anymore for a while!:rotfl:
I have got quite a few xmas and b'day presents sorted already this year too!:j
I used to make cards a year or so ago so i have lots of craft stuff.
I would like to have a go at scrapbooking a few xmas pages.
I like the chipboard type alphabets, can anyone recommend a nice one please?
I went to an indoor carboot yesterday and managed to find Catherine Cooksons DVD collection (24 dvd's) in excellent condition for £12, when i got home i looked on play.com and it's £94.99.
My Mum loves Catherine Cookson, so this will make a fab b'day present for her.
My Mum loves bargains too and got me into saving when i was young, which i am very greatful for!
This year we had practically all our xmas presents wrapped by October.:rotfl:
Also i am putting all my change and £2 in a pot and saving them. Last time i checked i had £35 after only a few months! :j
Sorry for jabbering on!

Where has everyone gone??
Can't believe it's after 9pm and noone has posted for ages!!
I've ordered lots from the do craft sale and decided that I have to get practising with scrapbooks as I want to make some as special presents for prople throughout the year (or maybe for Christmas as I'll probably need that long!!)
Also managed to pick up a few bits to put away for birthdays/christmas today brand new bits in a couple of 2nd hand shops so quite good bargains. Sadly car went into garage and cost over £500!!! Always a shock!
Hope everyone is well and getting organised and saving money, I haven't done any sale shopping at all. Anyone have any great bargains they want to share?? Must nearly be time for boots 75% sale hope to get to that one as it helped last year's present buying loads!!!0 -
I reckon UKS must be busy
Boots sale is rumoured to be on Wednesday onlkine and instore. Last 2 years it has been on a tuesday.,...so I will be keeping my eye out and will let you all know. I have £175 in points to spend!!
Gutted about the car furrypig
Who has got any inspiration for my Dad's birthday? The poor man gets a bottle, a jumper and a CD every year. Can anyone think of a good Dad b'day present? He is 50/60 and hates football!
