Reclaim PPI

Options
Has anyone had any experience with reclaiming PPI fees on old loans?

Just come across a website via an advert for http://www.financialclaimsmadesimple.co.uk/ppi/default.aspx

They claim to be able to recover PPI payments that weren't neccessary. I've put in some details of PPI that I was paying on a car between 2001 and 2003 and it worked out that I could be able to claim back over £3000.

Sounds to good to be true and a bit sceptical.

  • Hi Stuart

I have given 5 cases to them and they are dealing with it. They keep me update . Have you been given your unique claim tracker number?
If you have claim tracker number you can check the progress on your claim on your PC without calling them.
    Hope it helps

I haven't gone any further with mine to be honest. The last loan that I had for a car, I've ditched all the paperwork since buying a new car (without ppi).

I'm guessing I would have a fight trying to prove mis-selling anyway

Phone up bank and ask them for details and they will send all you all you need. Then use pre written letters that you will find on this site. Dont use a company to do it they are only going to charge yo around 20% of the total claim that you could do for the price of a first class stamp !! I have just had my claim up held on 2 lozns one going back to 2001 and won at total of 7K, If i can do it any one can.
