The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of Tiscali and of agency associated with this prize draw and family members of those persons. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

All entries must be received by midnight 30 January 2009 (UK time) and the draw will take place the following day. Winners will be formally notified within 21 days of the draw date.

The prize is the holiday as described and no alternative prize is available.

Tiscali's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is for two people sharing a two bedroom townhouse villa on a bed & breakfast basis at the Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort in Portugal's western Algarve. The prize is valid for travel anytime between 1st February 2009 and 31st December 2009 excluding school holidays and subject to availability.
