Stuck on meals

Im branching out into asian and chinese cooking now as im bored of my usual stuff, and intend to perfect a few recipe's all the time until I could create a meal every night for a month and for it to be a different one. There is an awesome chinese supermarket I went to today on Station Road which is just off the arches on Gloucester Road. They had fresh roasted glazed ducks, a massive quantity of veg etc that id never even seen before (but too scared to buy!) and loads of spices and dry packets (like the cook in sauces) and they were massively cheaper than tesco etc. They also did those plastic takeaway containers, soda crystals and white vinegar in bulk for cheap! Its given me loads of new idea's and Im going to an asian one next weekend to check out the stuff there, Im looking for a dry chicken curry recipe I made years ago so I know what to get - another recipe for my book and the aim of having a different meal every night for a month!

(p.s - if anyone could point me in the direction of dry curry recipe's that have chicken, star anise, cardamon, cinnamon and coconut milk in it id be very grateful!)
