T&C:
1. Offer only open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
2. Proof of age may be requested.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. The prize is a trip for two for 7 nights to Rio de Janeiro.
5. Holiday prize is based on a 7 night holiday based on two people sharing in minimum 3 star accommodation plus return economy flights whihc may or may not be direct from a UK airport. Hotel transfers are included. UK transfers and travel insurance are not included. All other expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner and guest. Holiday prize must be taken by 31 December 2009, subject to availability. Prize winner must provide at least three months notice prior to travel.
6. This offer is not valid with any other promotion.
7. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative holiday prize of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

If the closing date is 31st September 2009 and Holiday prize must be taken by 31 December 2009, subject to availability. How can the ..... Prize winner provide at least three months notice prior to travel?
