Hi - was wondering if anyone can help.

Our car needs a really good clean, but I can't get our vacuum or a hose anywhere near it! I want to use the vacuum and the car wash at our local Tescos. Does anyone know what it costs and do I need a stock of change to use the vacuum cleaner?????

thanks in advance

For the car wash, you'll get a basic all over wash for about £2 and its about £6 for a wash, wax and dry. If you use the jet wash, then you'll need quite a few £1 coins.

Never used the vacuum at tesco's, but Im sure you'll probably need quite alot of change - mainly 20p's, 50p's and £1 coins.

I cant wash/vacuum my own car due to on-road parking so i take it to my parents house to wash and vacumm it. Do you have family or friends that would let you use their driveway etc? Maybe offer them something in return? Will be alot cheaper and will allow you to take your time - just a thought :D

Thanks XDA - Family are all a way away these days so not really an option, I don't mind putting it through the carwash :D

As for the vacuuming, I'm very pg at the moment and Hubby should be doing it, but I have the nesting instinct badly, and want it looking nice before putitng in the car seat ;) I think I'll send him to do it at the weekend ;)
