Roof repair... leasehold question

The felt/lining or whatever under my roof tiles is torn in one corner, meaning that the cold and wet is slowly getting through and staining my ceiling.

As i have a leasehold flat, is this likely to be something that would be covered by the maintenance fee, and therefore something the company responsible for the upkeep of the building would deal with, or is it something i should be dealing with myself?

    Mortgage-free Glee!
Provided it can't be directly attributable to something you have done yourself, I would have thought it should be the freeholder responsibility.
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

Yep. This is the point of the maintenance fee, to cover the shared building costs, and the roof is definitely shared.
