Explain why the latest release will upset myself?

Updated signature below, still a million miles from negative equity. Yes i still have made money (On paper) :p
Let's not be silly here, Aberdeenshire is still showing +10.3% from when i purchased in 2007. On the price of my property, that is around £25k, let us not forget about the 18mths of rental i would have forked out in that time also had i not had bought (18x£1200 = £21,600)

Remind me again about 2004 house prices:rotfl:

Admit it, how many of you lot went straight to the Q4 release this morning to look at the Aberdeenshire release:rotfl:

So how did he make any then? Remember his sig "Yes I have made money on this HPC"?

The point is, he was trying to claim that Aberdenshire was immune to the HPC, it's different here etc. In fact, as we all knew, Scotland was simply lagging the rest of the UK, as it always does- prices in Aberdeenshire only started falling from Q2 this year. A drop of 16% in Aberdeenshire, matching the UK figure, would take prices to below when he bought.

I was just about to post something similar poppy - certain areas in Scotland seem to be lagging behind the rest of the UK. I don't see it myself in the areas I'm monitoring, but there must still be some crazy people out there who think Scotland is immune and are still buying.
