What to do with my Share ISA allowance???

Well time is nearly up, well a few months away.. Last year I stuck it into some Legal and General fund, which I think has lost around 25% (Last time I looked).
Don't know what to do with this years yet... I do mess around on selftrade and I think they do some sort of isa linking for shares???
Maybe this year I won't bother.. Things are looking bleak..
