Does anyone have a recipe for Seekh Kebabs please? You know the sausage shaped Indian ones.

I didn't know there was such a thing, but a google search comes up with a few interesting recipes:-

I thought that shish kebabs were lumps of food on sticks, the moulded ones are kofta kebabs (recipe here Here ) If I've got it wrong please give more informaton as there is a greek version too.
