Does anyone have a recipe for Seekh Kebabs please? You know the sausage shaped Indian ones.

I would be really gratefull if anyone could come up with a recipe.

    I dont mean to be rude, but all i did was put seekh kebab into google - could you have done that?

  • I thought that shish kebabs were lumps of food on sticks, the moulded ones are kofta kebabs (recipe here Here ) If I've got it wrong please give more informaton as there is a greek version too.
