Hi

Does anyone have a recipe for Seekh Kebabs please? You know the sausage shaped Indian ones.

I would be really gratefull if anyone could come up with a recipe.

    I dont mean to be rude, but all i did was put seekh kebab into google - could you have done that?

    I thought that shish kebabs were lumps of food on sticks, the moulded ones are kofta kebabs (recipe here Here ) If I've got it wrong please give more informaton as there is a greek version too.

    Is this the same as Sheek kebabs? If so try this recipe http://www.food-india.com/recipe/R026_050/R048.htm I haven't tried this recipe before but I have used the site before.
