Resetting ebay password? are they mad?

I am trying to reset my ebay password, so i fill in the form they send me a link ask me for my username and then they say to make changes sign in with guess what my username and password? If i dont know my password how can i give it to them? Anyone got a better suggestion as when i go to contact them it asks for my password also xx

go to www.ebay.com and at the top right you will see live help ask them

Yeah that's the page i filled in three or four times before, you put in your username then answer secret questions then they send you a link by email asking you to reset your password and when you click it is asks you your username then asks your username and password lol

Sounds quite typical of ebays site not to work properly-I would just try again tomorrow and it will probably work-good luck

I think they mean put in your username and the new password you want to use.
