The company has been successful by poaching high producing salespeople from other companies and giving them greater financial incentives to produce more business. Those that do not produce the goods are shown the door and replaced by other potential high producers.

They make a virtue of saying that they only deal with high net worth clients, whatever that may mean.Their approach reminds me of the Marks & Spencer advertisment 'this is not just an insurance company this is St James's Place'.
