Anywhere better than Egg Money?

I'm not sure about faster payment between Natwest and Egg but it works from FirstDirect. I've been sending money that way for the last two months, but I haven't tried the other way round yet. I think Egg can receive faster paymentts but not send out to other banks by faster payments. Not sure...
