jamtart6, I hate waking up on a morning and its dark it just puts me in a bad mood for the whole day. So I am looking forward to this clock arriving, think I have some batteries some where.

Please do not compare the Avon clock to a Lumie clock! The effectiveness of Lumie products is backed up by clinical research. The Avon product may look the same, but is not going to have the same effect as a medically recognised product.

Yeah it may not have the same medical status but it works in the same way. Another thing about the Avon clock is that it might actually benefit some one with SAD that can not afford the medical passed products.

those that get the clocks can you take a picture of it in the light and in the dark please and post your results/views on them.... Basically I am interested in one but not too sure about them.... Also wondering how long the batteries last?

I bought one of the Avon clocks when they were £12.00 if you bought something else (can't remember what else I bought tho?) and it is really effective...............I was a bit sceptical but it really does work well.
