Best Saving Option for me?

Hi,
I have 25k which I would like to invest in savings- can you please advise what my best option would be to maximise this cash? I have the option of opening an ISA this year but the rate is quite low at 3.2% - and would still have to find somewhere for the rest of it!

If you are able to leave the money untouched for a year or more, there are Fixed Rate ISAs paying better rates than that - http://www.moneyfacts.co.uk/money/savings/11/fixed-rates-isa.aspxI have the option of opening an ISA this year but the rate is quite low at 3.2%0
