PRIZE DRAW Terms and Conditions
1. Prize draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and immediate families) of Asda, Publicis Blueprint and their affiliated companies.
2. The closing date is midnight on 31 January 2009.
3. Maximum of one entry per person.
4. Winners will be randomly selected by an independent person from all entries after the closing date. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw date by letter to claim the prize.
5. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes and prizes are not transferable.
6. By entering the prize draw, you agree to participate in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
7. Winners’ names and counties may be obtained by sending an sae to:
Asda Magazine January 2009 Issue, PO Box 130, Princes Risborough, HP27 7AA 28 days after the closing date.
8. If winners are unable to take the prizes for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
9. Promoter’s decision is final.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. Prize draw may feature in other promotional material with different treatments.
12. The promoter is Asda, Asda House, Great Wilson Street, Leeds LS11 5AD. Do not send entries to this address.
13. Winner(s) accept prize at own risk. Unless stated, holiday prize draw winners should obtain their own travel insurance and ensure they’re fit to travel.
14. Prizes must be taken by 30 June 2009, excluding bank holidays and special events. Travel expenses and spending money are not included. Date and apartment subject to availability. Winners can choose either a three-night weekend break or a four-night midweek break.

i ask because my ex (who i have kids to) his mum an dad work for asda, also my bro in law.....neither share same surname as me or my kids so would i be ok to enter these? tia x
