Warning - Sodastream machine at Argos

Just bought a sodastream machine from Argos (catalogue number 015/2446)...only to get it home to find the expiry date on the bottles of mixers to be September 2008!! :eek:
It also had this date on the side of the outer packaging box, but obviously I didn't get to see this as they put it in a bag without you seeing it first.
It is also one of the kinds that sodastream have discontinued the gas cylinders for....so a bit pointless buying it if you cant get replacements for them.
Took it back and got a full refund, but thought i would warn everyone as it was the cheapest place I could find one and thats why i went there.
We've since ordered one from Sodastream directly, costs about £10 more, but comes with free postage and is a current model that you can get replacement gas for.
