Head your letter to Rachel Claridge

She dealt with my OH'S claim, and I got him all of his charges back...there was a goodwill gesture 1st, stick to your guns and go all the way.

  • Hi Angel,

I've just had a letter from Rachel. Took two months though and as per your post offered £130 for £565 worth of charges. Shes very determind not to pay for charges after July 2006. Should I be a bad boy and ignore her? lol.
