No HSBC Card Activation???

I just got my new HSBC cc.. but there's no mention that I need to activate it??! Slightly worrying if it was intercepted in the post!!!

Or.. will this come through with the pin???

Give them a ring to check. I'm not sure about HSBC but I've definitely had cards which I didn't need to activate, they were usually delivered by courier though and had to be signed for.

Got my card last week and you don`t have to activate.
Your pin will come through in a couple of days and you can change it at an ATM.
Also you can register and view your account online but you will need to ring them to get a "security number "

Ah.. I was hoping you could register online!!

Seems a slack that you don't activate the card! Anyone could of got it in the post and spent my money!!
