Next Directory

My latest copy arrived today. I'm fed up with paying them for something I never use. I'm quite happy browsing the internet to choose what I want to buy. Tbh I find the directory too bulky now, plus I have to find somewhere to keep it!

Can you say you dont want it? Seems ridiculous to me if you can't.

Its the same here. And I'm not that impressed with the styles in Next lately. I haven't bought something for myself from there for ages. I don't think I will be getting any more because I haven't ordered from them for ages and after a while they stop sending them to you.
  • Hi,
My mother in law cancelled her directories last year, i think she just called them up, i think there may also be a link in the account section of the website.:D

PLUS you are missing the main factor which is YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT TOO!!!!

I rang and cancelled mine last year and said that why should I pay for it when it ends up in my recycle bin in a couple of months time anyway, and also its not very eco friendly is it as I look online anyway when I want to order something, or go in the actual shop! At one point I had about 5 stacked in the corner!

Just ring them up, they are fine about it!

  • well the only reason i got a directory was during the sales it helps me to look at clothes and then i used to type in the item codes. however i didnt get a vip slot this year so havent ordered anything from this catalogue so no way would i pay for it.

But if you place an order they refund the cost!

Yes you can opt out of directories as Next always write to me about a month before they are sent out offering me the chance of opting out.

It's also added to your statement as well - it let's you know that you will be receiving the directory soon and the number to call if you don't want it.

After I'd ordered, last time, they credited me back more than the cost of the directory, but they are hfty things, and I understand why you would not want one, but I enjoy flicking through it when it first comes and some things are clearer to see in the directory than on line
