ASDA Direct not delivering and no info

I ordered an ipod just before Christmas and the order was accepted and money taken. Now ASDA is out of stock and there is no info on when it will be delivered. I phoned today and was told it was "on back order", as if that is helpful information!

As a free speaker has already been delivered I am stuck as I have been told the order cannot be cancelled. What can I do?

ASDA is locking me in so I cannot buy elsewhere -And, there is no email contact. ASDA make you phone and wait and wait until you get a S Afirican call centre...

This isn't meant to be a sob story but it is for my teen daughter who is ill in hospital at the moment so I am desperate for help. Thank you

Hi, I know how annoying it is trawling the Asda website to find an email address (being cynical, it's as if they're discouraging quick and easy contact!), however I've used the address below regarding groceries.

It may not be correct for your case, however I would like to think they can forward it on accordingly for you. Hope this helps!
