in Credit cards
Hi folks
I was sent an invitation in the post to apply for a Zero card last August, I phoned on 4th Sept 2008 to accept and went through everything online and set the card up complete with £15,000 Credit limit. Great me thinks transfer all other cards to this tear up all other cards and just pay off the 1, Abbey Zero had 0 fee for BT's and 0% for 6 months:T
The nice young lady on the phone thanks me and says card will be with me shortly, but warns that hers took 12 weeks to arrive:eek:
Anyway its Jan 5th and still no card despite 2 further calls in October and December which they have "Flagged Up" and will get my card out ASAP:rolleyes:
Anyone else have problems, what else can I do
bar phoning again and being fobbed off again
Oh and a side issue if you phone MBNA and ask nicely will they reduce your APR:eek: mine has sneeked up quiet a bit in the past year, hence wanting the Abbey Zero card;)

I applied for an Abbey Zero in April and it came within 2 weeks - I must admit I have never heard of a credit card or debit card for that matter taking that long to arrive!!I would go into a branch and ask to speak to a manager to find out what is going on - good luckKeep the Faith:cool:0
