Parking tickets issues outside house

My first post, so be gentle with me.
I'm not sure where this lies, however here goes: Having been parking in an area outside my house for 10 years, suddenly in October my car and my lodger car were ticketed (PCN issued by North Wiltshire District Council).
I immediately appealed, as I was under the impression that the area I had parked on was actually allocated as parking for my house and was sure that it said as much in the deeds. The area concerned is a marked out concrete zone immediately adjacent to my property. It has a dropped kerb and my garage faces out onto the area in question, not directly to the road. There are double yellow lines around approximately 80% of the area concerned. Following my appeal I initially heard nothing and in the process have acquired another 5 or 6 tickets!
The council have now replied stating the area concerned is not shown in my deeds as allocated parking and that the ticket stands. They have provided a copy of the section of my deeds that shows allocation for all the other properties, but not mine!
I have a number of issues, 1) That a number of cars are parked in a very similar circumstances 50 yards further up the road, and are not being ticketed. 2) The area I'm parking in, I suspect still belongs to the developer, not the council, although I don't know how to prove this. 3) Surely after parking for over 10 years, with no threat or hint that it is illegal to do so there must be some recourse. There is even a sign on the wall stating "Private parking for No** " that was there before I purchased the property.
I intend to appeal further, but in the meantime I keep getting tickets as there isn't anywhere else to park, particularly on Saturdays when I'm not at work.
Any sage advice - I'm beginning to lose sleep about this !

On the circumstances - difficult one - but descriptions never do it - need pics.
show me the PCN - ALL of it to check for errors and that could possibly get rid of all of them. Not seen that Council.

I do have some pictures but need to sort them out into a proper case. I have noticed whilst going through the PCN's that one of them has an incorrect tax disc number on it.
Is this a immediate cause for a winning appeal ?
The PCN's are all machine generated, not hand printed.0 -

If you use this link with http in front the photo's work - no idea why - simply replace the !!! marks in the links above with o g 9 . Every time I save them they get changed - is it a privileges thing ? Lack of posts? Nope it looks like a word filter issue. o g 9 used without spaces upsets it for some bizarre reason , anyone explain why ? ?0

Bemused?
Certainly something odd about the way the forum handles pics?
Can't help - IT numpty myself. maybe Crabman will?
I usually use tinypic cos so easy and you don't have to register - then they hand you the direct forum IMG code on a plate.
Problem is, it seems from an attempt in another thread that pasting that directly into a reply - works on other forums but not here????? Can it be adjusted?

I've just tried posting an image from Photobucket on an old post and it worked fine.
Click on the IMG Code under the pic on Photobucket (it will be copied automatically) and then paste it in your thread here.
It will look something like this:

When you click on the reply button the picture will appear in your post, like this;

It may be quicker/easier, however, if you upload the pics to a different service such as flickr or tinypic or if there's a way to link to the pictures on photobucket without the "!!!" (o g 9) bit try that?0 -
If people copy and paste the link below into the address bar of their browser, they should be able to view the photobucket album containing the pics and click through from there to view.

Otherwise, upload somewhere else.

I normally have a personal rule of thumb that i won't try and view pics where certain hosts are used or especially if a download required, etc.
I see no reason why people can't follow simple instructions to post a direct IMG.
Whatever numpty someone might be (like myself) we all know someone who can help. as one of my forum friends likes to say - ask a teenager! LOL.
I made an exception here a) because it maybe wasn't the OP's fault and b) i wanted to add 'North Wilts' to my library.
Oh well - do I regret it now!!!!!!!
WARNING. THAT PHOTOBUCKET ALBUM IS INFECTED!!
