Its renewal time again. for the second round of three years policy, the premium has doubled again (twice in 6 years)
I'm now asked for £70/3yrs cover although the benefits have increased - if you claim.
I've historically used Sentinal administered by Affinion They cover credit and bank cards, passport, keys, drivers licence and cash if stolen.
Can anyone suggest a better insurer?
Thanks in advance.
PS: I didn't find anything about this sort of insurance round here, am I missing the obvious??

If you take care of your stuff then this should not be necessary.
I always have my bag secured (cable locks on trains etc.) and keep unused stuff in a safe. Wallet is chained onto belt loop when abroad.
Have you considered taking care of your stuff rather than paying these premiums?
It's a serious question, not meant to be sarcastic.0 -
Sure - that's why I've never needed it. However, travelling companion had his wallet lifted whilst with me recently – two of us 50:50 chance – it could have been me!
Guess I'm a belt & braces kinda bloke.0 -
I wouldnt bother wth this to be honest, use a chain and chain your wallet to yourself0
