Is there anything on the market were I can add my daughter to my insurance policy where as she will do very low milage once every couple of week plus low milage when on holidays.

Read a few items on PAYG on their own policies but not on parents policy.

It is possible to do this in your own name as long as your daughter is not the main user. If you are interested in pay as you drive, you may want to look at this site - www.coverbox.co.uk - you can register your interest on the site as it is due to launch very soon (I don't have anything to do with them before anyone points any fingers !!). I have no idea how competitive they are going to be so it would be wise to get some quotes from elsewhere as well. Good luck.
