There is a thread about the e-Savings 3 account, and I see the newer e-Savings Issue 6 has reduced, but I can't see that the withdrawn Internet Saver 3 has also changed down from the 3.41% AER it went to in December.

Maybe they are just slow about updating information on old accounts.

The withdrawn Internet Saver 3 is still at 3.41%. It went down to this on 14/12 whereas the e-Savings 6 didn't reduce until today. So the Internet Saver 3 should stay at 3.41% for now anyway.

Go to B&B website, go to "Interest rates" and then find "Accounts no longer available" you will find it there, I have been there today as I have one of those. I have just opened northern Rock account e saver paying 3.65, I am putting some of the money in there.
