bank went back on IVA
Iset up an IVA and the bank agreed to accept so much a month, everything was going well, until now when I recieved a letter from banks solicitors saying that the bank had written several times ( which is false) and they want all the money back now can they do that? I have sent the letter to the company dealing with it but they have not got back to me yet. Bank is LLoyds, has anyone else had this? Is this an indication of banks getting worried about court case?

Are you sure you are in an IVA?
Your previous post suggests not.
It may be that you are in an informal arrangement with Lloyds TSB, which would then explain why they have suddenly moved the goal posts.
Just a thought.
