Pincipality Standing Order Details (6% Reg Svr Bond)

Hi.
Anyone had their passbook yet and able to confirm standing order details (known to be correct, so used, and seen funds arrive)?

I see in my passbook their 'Principality Sort Code' and 'Principality Acct Number' which I assume I use (with my name as the payee), but it isn't clear which reference to use.
There is the 'Your Account Number', which I am guessing is probably correct, but there is also another number printed below my name, and a further number printed below that (serial number).
Im sure it is as I suspect it is, but just hoping for a confirmation. Can't get through to them on the phone this morning (on hold for a while).
Thanks.
SC

I believe it is the account number with the whole number including the "-". I recently opened one (having been a previous custimer) and I set up my standing order yesterday.

OK, well, I wrote them an email asking the same so will wait for their reply before I set up the standing order (and post their reply here).
There is no rush really and I have a few weeks.

Perhaps you could also confirm that your money got into your account successfully using those details when you get around to contacting them (assuming you do so). I'd always recommend checking the first deposit goes in OK before continuing blindly for a full year.

If anyone else calls them and gets through to confirm this, please post their response. I only have a PAYG mobile at the moment, so am reluctant to keep trying.
    Thanks.

It is fixed at 6%, with the following proviso:
We'll pay your interest of 6.00% after 12 months, providing you don't miss a payment or make a monthly payment of under £20 or in excess of £500, or make a withdrawal following account opening.

I have done this already, and can confirm what you suspect from a telephone call I had with Principality Customer Services.

Use the main Sort Code and Account Number for Principality that's given in the passbook and quote your full personal account number in the reference field.
