Cheap Flight to Oz

Hi there.
Tried searching the forum but it wouldnt work for me - doh!!
I am looking for a one way flight from London-Sydney in August - perhaps the start of Aug (or end of July), no set dates. This is for 1 person, and again, regarding stop overs I am not fussed either way.
I have found a few flights for around £480+ - do you think this is the cheapest I am likely to find? Will the prices go up much between now & then? Or should I book now?
Any advice would be fab - either regarding flights, visas, bank accounts - any advice you can offer really, or recommend anything.
Thanks heaps xx

August is one of the pricier months to go to Australia as June - Aug is when school/summer holidays are over here, thus fares rise. If you can go in May or around Sept/Oct, prices will be cheaper.0
