lets put this into perspective... (and btw, you are no fatter than me! so let's forget that nonsense!!)
Looking at the pages of results from last years, loads of people came in around 2 hours... walking pace... (average walking pace being 3miles per hour) so you would probably be quicker as race spurs you on... worst case scenario you take 2 hours to walk it (9am, so not hot time of day either!)
Look at this page (hope linky works) these are last of the finishers and DNF (did not finish) http://www.raceahead.co.uk/results_details_new.php?content=1&race=56&show_type=All&refresh=60&event_id=JANE08&event_id=JANE08&page=38
Pleeeeeease spudly! think of all those poor people who need supporting... cheaper to enter than to sponsor all of us!
BB - this is aimed at you too!!!!!
and anyone else who fancies!! you could have a wee team of walkers!! Can't leave mrs spud on her own!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I've got the same ones Maz. It might be my carpet, but I never get the same weight twice. It can vary by up to half a stone, literally standing on em, getting off and doing it again
Like I said, they might not like carpet :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

G'morning all.
Was awake at 3am:eek: and I'm now feeling like i'd really like a nap of some sort and not sure how I'll manage to get to 4pm thenn drive home but I reckon I'll have an early night tonight.
It's good to be at work although I've only got 12 weeks left to work. I'm filling in my maternity leave application and submitting my matB1 this week which will be good.
