    Yes was on for an hour.....i have a paul mckenna cd that I gave to Sally if its similar to the programme I will do you a copy and send it over...

    I did just veg. for tomorrow, I'm going to do fruit when they do Eton Mess :D

    Sugar snap peas
    Sweet Potato
    Celery
    Pak Choi
    Broccoli
    Asparagus
    Fennel


    I was going to get some Okra and Mouli but thought they'd never get those and I wanted to show a selection of stuff that could be used in lots of different stuff.
