Help with outlook contacts

Before leaving my previous company, I backed up all the personal data from my company laptop. There is a folder called "Outlook" What will the contacts file looklike and how can I import it to my new machine?

if using outlook you should be able to find a .pst file under c:\documents and settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Note that Local settings is a hidden folder so you will need hidden folders showin to access it
You should be able to do a file opem outlook data file and pull the contacts across if thats all your intrested in.0
