Hi
I purchased the CUcusoft DVD to ipod converter and ipod video converter suite software a couple of days ago and all is working absolutely fine.
However, my sister has also purchased the same. She opens programme, clicks 'Open DVD', selects DVD and the programme starts running only to then very shortly afterwards she gets following message "Exception in EncodeDlg" and it kicks her out of prog.
At first wondered if she had removed free software she had been using (which she hadn't) but having removed it and reinstalled the software, same message comes up. She has tried a number of different DVD's some of which she has put on her ipod using previous software and some which she hadn't. She has emailed company and awaits a response hopefully tomorrow.
Anyone had this and / or knows what the problem might be? She is running Windows XP and I have Vista but know my brother also uses XP and runs the prog OK.
TIA

If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:
