Terms and conditions

1. These terms and conditions govern the entrance into the ‘Have a Strong Day’ competition and by entering into the competition you will enter into and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Entrants must answer question on online competition page.
3. The winner will be selected at random by JD Sports from correct entries.
4. The prize (for one winner and 1 friend or adult) consists of: return travel from the winner’s closest British Rail station to Oxford Circus, London; NikeWomen’s training outfit including 1 pair workout pants, vest/tee and crop/bra top and Nike Sister One trainers; 1hour personal training session with Sonja Moses; lunch reservation subject to availability; £100 cash each for the winner & 1 friend or adult (the “Prize�).
5. Open to all UK and ROI residents over the age of 16 at the date of the submission of entry into the competition. If under 18, the winner must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Only 1 entry per person.
7. Details of travel to be arranged between the winner and Nike UK. Once the date for the Prize has been set, it is not capable of being rescheduled. If the winner cannot participate in the Prize for whatever reason, no alternative date will be arranged.
8. Employees of The JD SPORTS FASHION PLC, Nike and their associated companies are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
9. No purchase is necessary.
10. Entrants that are not in compliance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted or eligible for entrance into the competition. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. You will not be notified if your entry is not compliant.
11. Closing date for receipt of entries is 31/03/2009.
12. The winner will be notified by email or telephone after 01/04/2009.
13. The promoter cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete email addresses.
14. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value.
16. If the advertised Prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer a reasonable alternative.
17. You agree at all times whilst you are participating in the Prize to abide by the reasonable directions of Nike UK, its staff or contractors and to behave appropriately.
18. You acknowledge that participation in the personal training session part of the prize involves inherent risks of accidents and injury and that participation is at your own risk. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Nike UK from and for any sum, costs or expenses (including legal and professional fees) incurred, payable or paid by Nike UK to any person (including you and/or your insurers) in connection with any accident, loss, damage or injury (including death) arising out of your participation in the Prize or any part thereof (except where any such injury or death is caused by the negligence of Nike UK or any of its employees).
19. You confirm without reservation that you are in a good physical condition to participate in and safely enjoy the Prize and every part thereof.
20. You confirm that you will neither use during participation nor bring along during any part of the Prize any drugs or impermissible performance enhancing substances or other substances that are illegal under statute and will not do anything illegal or anti-social during participation in the Prize.
21. You hereby grant Nike UK the exclusive right and licence throughout the world to interview, photograph and/or film you during your participation in the Prize as Nike UK may reasonably require and to the unlimited use in all current and future media of your name, likeness, image and voice in connection with the production, advertisement, promotion or sale of Nike UK products and/or the promotion, marketing or advertisement of the competition, Zoom Sister One trainers and/or the Nike brand.
22. The Promoters reserve the right to terminate, amend or extend this competition in wholly exceptional circumstances outside their control.
23. You agree that the collection, processing and use of certain personal information relating to you will be required. Nike UK will use the contact data you have submitted to Nike UK to send you information relating to the competition by e-mail.
24. Results of the competition may be obtained after 01/04/2009 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to JD/Nike Strong Day Competition Winner, Marketing Dept, Nike UK, 22 Ganton Street, London W1F 7BY.
