Problems getting freeview on Samsung R88

Hi
Have recently bought a Samsung 19" R88 tv and it won't find any freeview channels. Have tried it in main tv aerial (in which we have a 37" R88) and still nothing. Followed instructions and nothing. Any ideas please.

So theyre the same tvs except for the size?
Assuming youve set it the same as the larger tv, sounds to me like its knackered.
Some tvs have 2 aerial inputs. One for freeview, one for analogue. You sure you have it in the correct one?

Thanks for reply.
There is only 1 aerial socket.
Have googled it and have found a few people with the same question and problem but no answers. Which is why I think I may be doing something wrong.
Think will have to call Samsung!!

Ive had a quick look at the manual
It says that DTV needs to have its country set seperate to everything else before it will scan
